Chair Rentals

──

White folding chair

Folding Chair, White Plastic

──

Everyday seating, and the workhorse of most of what we deliver. Commercial grade rather than the big box version, wiped down and inspected after every event before it goes back on the truck.

  • The volume choice for graduations, repasts and community events.

  • Cleaned and inspected between every rental.

Black folding chair

Folding Chair, Black

──

The same commercial grade chair in black, which sits better in halls, corporate rooms and anywhere a white chair would look stark against a dark floor.

  • The usual pick for corporate functions and ministry events.

  • Cleaned and inspected between every rental.

Gold chiavari chair

Chiavari Chair, Gold

──

For a sophisticated tented reception look. Gold reads warmer than white under evening light and against a frame tent, which is why it turns up so often at weddings and galas.

  • Works with both ivory and deep-toned linens.

White chiavari chair

Chiavari Chair, White

──

The ceremony and reception standard, and the chair most couples picture when they imagine the room. Maintained to the point that they still look brand new after years of use.

  • Pairs naturally with our 5ft rounds.

  • Add a white cushion if guests will be seated for a long ceremony.

Clear chiavari chair

Chiavari Chair, Clear (Kids)

──

The clear resin version, which almost disappears in a room and lets the table setting and the flowers do the talking. A good choice when you have spent the budget on the centrepieces.

  • Listed in our catalogue as the kids size, so check the sizing with us when you book.

Chiavari chair cushion

Chiavari Chair Cushion, White

──

An add-on cushion that ties on at the back, for longer ceremonies and receptions. Chiavari chairs look beautiful and are not built for two hours of sitting, so this is the small thing that keeps guests comfortable through the speeches.

  • Ties on, so it stays put once guests are seated.

White chairs arranged in a circle inside a marble pavilion with columns, with a green park visible in the background.
A dining area with white chairs stacked around a table covered with a clear plastic sheet, located near a large window overlooking an outdoor patio with chairs, tables, and greenery.

What Commercial Grade Actually Means

──

It is an easy phrase to put on a website, so here is what it means in practice for us.

  • Built for professional use, not residential. Our chairs and tables are made to be set up, packed down, and moved hundreds of times. That is why they stay level and stable under a full room, rather than starting to wobble by the second hour.

  • Inspected and cleaned after every single event, before anything goes back on the truck. It is the reason our chiavari chairs still look brand new after years of use.

  • Anchored for the surface it is standing on. Tents get the right system for the ground, including concrete weights for parking lots, plazas and paved venue grounds where stakes are not an option.

  • Handled with care on site. Timely drop-offs, precise placement, and attention to your landscaping, your floors and your neighbours.
